Join Our Team as a Technical Production Lead
Technical Production Leads (TPLs) are responsible for growing our business through the following critical activities: project analysis, translation kit preparation, software and eLearning localization, providing project technical support during quality assurance phases, training and mentoring junior staff and assisting the VP in finding solutions to issues.
Job Functions:
● Follow processes to perform and review localization tasks for projects
● Preparation of localization kits including all source files and various formats
● Manage time and priorities in order to deliver all projects to agreed quality standards, on- time, and within budget
● Ensure proper version control of source and compiled builds/final exports which can include text, graphics, audio, video, and other localization assets.
● Review analyses for accuracy so quotes capture everything billable in each project.
● Join conference calls with clients as needed to discuss and clarify issues, and recommend solutions.
Skills:
● eLearning software tools
● Baseline HTML programming
● Basic experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
● Microsoft Office
● Problem-solving and analytical critical thinking

● Team player, effective communicator, self-motivator, multi-tasker
Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience Training and education in a computer science or related field preferred Multi-Lingual a plus but not required. This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to commute to the VB office.
Pay: Starting pay 52k annually or more (depending on qualifications and experience.) In addition to the flexibility of hybrid work, the company also provides very competitive health benefits, generous PTO, career growth, and other efforts to give back to employees.
