Jerry Zandstra has joined Ingenuiti’s leadership team as Senior Director of Learning. Dr. Zandstra holds two masters’ degrees and two doctorates, and he has been in the learning, training, and development space for more than thirty years. eLearning Industry has named Dr. Zandstra as a Global Learning Trailblazer for 2022 and 2023. 

Dr. Zandstra will lead Ingenuiti’s content development team which is focused on custom instructional design and development. The Learning Services team creates learning programs from initial strategy and design to finished product and implementation. Ingenuiti’s training content is impactful, modality diverse, and designed to meet key business objectives.
