Client-centric, Feature Rich Design Propels Ingenuiti’s Inspector Tool to Award
Ingenuiti, a leading custom learning, and translation services company announced that it has been awarded a Gold medal for excellence in the Best Advance in Content Authoring Technology category. Ingenuiti was recognized for its Inspector eLearning and video review tool that helps clients streamline the development feedback process. The awards ceremony will be held on February 5, 2020, in West Palm Beach, Florida as part of the Human Capital Management Excellence Conference presented annually by Brandon Hall Group.
Brandon Hall Group — a preeminent analyst in the learning sector — utilized a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives to evaluate the entries based upon the following criteria: product innovation, unique differentiators, value proposition, and measurable results.
Inspector allows globally dispersed client review teams to easily log issues and feedback, while enabling Ingenuiti to efficiently track and resolve these items, saving time and ensuring quality. It offers well-designed dashboards for summary analysis as well as detailed item lifecycle tracking. “Inspector was designed from the ground up to be a full-featured eLearning and video review tool that works with a wide variety of authoring tools, can handle foreign language courseware, and has a short learning curve”, said Nathan Driscoll, Ingenuiti’s Vice President of Production.
Ingenuiti has experienced a sharp increase in the custom learning business–having completed over 1,600 projects over the last four years, with many of those projects having eLearning or video components. “We knew we needed a tool to streamline production not only for ourselves but most importantly for our clients. A hallmark of Ingenuiti is technology innovation, and we set out to build a tool that was both robust in capability and easy to use for our clients. Clients have spoken and the feedback is overwhelmingly favorable,” noted Maarten Fleurke, CEO & Founder of Ingenuiti, LLC.
“Winners of Excellence in Technology Awards are at the forefront of technology innovation. Our program does not only evaluate the solution but the benefit to the human capital management function, the business, and the customer. That is the ultimate differentiator – whether the technology has a positive business impact. Technology Award winners pass that test with flying colors,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program.
