Account Manager

The position of Account Manager has the primary responsibility to develop new business relationships and sales.

Job Functions
  • Research prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade shows, social media, referrals, etc…
  • Keep accurate and current records of prospective client data..
  • Cold call prospective clients..
  • Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the localization process, rates, justification for turnaround time and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
  • In collaboration with your Manager help generate a higher return on our sales and marketing efforts to produce a larger volume of above threshold clients.
  • In collaboration with your Manager and sales team move opportunities along the sales process to help achieve closed sales above budget.
  • Work with Project Managers and the production team to create project plans, RFPs, SOWs, quotes and ensuring that administrative details are handled efficiently.
  • Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • General Sales Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to produce leads on his or her own.
  • Travel required.
  • Interest in languages and different cultures.
